How does Leviticus 15:16 relate to the rest of the chapter?

16“If a man has an emission of semen, he shall bathe his whole body in water and be unclean until the evening.
This verse introduces a different type of male discharge. Whereas Leviticus 15:2–15 dealt with some kind of infection, these verses discuss the emission of semen.
