Who was Shebna, the steward?

Isaiah 22:15 (ESV)

15 Thus says the Lord GOD of hosts, “Come, go to this steward, to Shebna, who is over the household, and say to him:

Shebna was a high-ranking official in charge of the palace of Hezekiah. His father’s name is not given, which has led some commentators to believe that he was likely a foreigner, possibly Egyptian.
