What does it mean to be with someone heart and soul?

1 Samuel 14:7 (ESV)

7 And his armor-bearer said to him, “Do all that is in your heart. Do as you wish. Behold, I am with you heart and soul.”

With this expression Jonathan’s armour-bearer was simply affirming that he would follow Jonathan wherever he led him. He was fully behind Jonathan in his plan.
