Strife, quarrelling

Genesis 13:1–18 (ESV)

1 So Abram went up from Egypt, he and his wife and all that he had, and Lot with him, into the Negeb.

These are things that believers need to quickly recognize in their hearts and deal with. They are not good for any kind of relationships. Abram quickly dealt with it, with humility, respect, and generosity. These qualities are needed where strife arises in church, in organizations, or in government today.
