Where were Ar and Kir?

Isaiah 15:1 (ESV)

1 An oracle concerning Moab. Because Ar of Moab is laid waste in a night, Moab is undone; because Kir of Moab is laid waste in a night, Moab is undone.

Ar and Kir were two important Moabite cities. Ar was situated at the northern border. Kir probably refers to Kir-hareseth, which was located on a high hill and may have been the capital city of Moab.
