Zephaniah 3:1–20 can be divided into three sections: Zephaniah 3:1–8, Zephaniah 3:9–13, and Zephaniah 3:14–20. This division allows for a focus on Jerusalem in verses 1–8, on the purification of the remnant in verses 9–13, and on the restoration of Jerusalem in verses 14–20.
