Commentary on Genesis 2:10 (Summary)

Genesis 2:10 (ESV)

10 A river flowed out of Eden to water the garden, and there it divided and became four rivers.

The Lord makes sure that the garden of Eden is supplied with water—enough for the plants, the trees, the animals, and the people to live there. A river springs up in this garden and later splits into four rivers again.
