What does it mean that the LORD will sweep Babylon with the broom of destruction?
Isaiah 14:23 (ESV)
23“And I will make it a possession of the hedgehog, and pools of water, and I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” declares the LORD of hosts.
The Lord would sweep Babylon away so completely that it would be as if there never was a city.
