Is Paul excluding the sisters from hearing his letter?

Colossians 1:2 (ESV)

2 To the saints and faithful brothers in Christ at Colossae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father.

By calling them brothers, it does not mean that Paul is excluding the sisters. Paul incorporates them in this word.
