Psalm 34:4 (ESV)

4 I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

The Lord delivered David from danger. He does not exaggerate when he talks of his fears. He experienced very real terrors. Yet David still sought the Lord, keeping his focus only on him.
