Song of Solomon 1:12 (ESV)

12 While the king was on his couch, my nard gave forth its fragrance.

Here we have the wife speaking again. It is wonderful for her to be in a room with her husband. He is her king. When they are together and he is on his couch, her heart and her life open up. That is when she is blossoming like a nard, unfolding its flower and spreading its beautiful fragrance.
