How did Rahab know that the LORD had given this land to the people of Israel?
Joshua 2:9 (ESV)
9and said to the men, “I know that the LORD has given you the land,and that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt away before you.
Most likely, the news of the Israelites’ travels and their conviction that the Lord had given them the land of Canaan, was news that had spread among the cities of the Canaanites.
