Grace is God’s undeserved kindness lavished upon undeserving sinners, made possible through the death and resurrection of Christ. It includes the gift of forgiveness as well as the gift of God’s power to overcome sin and do the good works that God has called us to (cf. 2 Corinthians 8:1–9; Ephesians 2:1–10).
